Costco Croissant, stuffed with Swiss Cheese, Boar's Head brand Rosemary <edit - HAM> and a hard cooked Egg ... diced Mini San Marzano Tomatoes for DH ... I had a cup Peppermint Tea and was off to the races ... had loads to do today! I'll eat something later.

I'm not the biggest Ham fan, but Boar's Head brand is quite tasty.

Hubby's breakfast was homemade toasted tarragon and thyme buns slathered with spicy roasted tomato and garlic spread and topped with thick slabs of country-style bacon and fried eggs:
