breakfast:

Oatmeal made with milk, to which I added an apple and a little bit of coconut sugar.

Couldn't finish it - I used just a bit too much oatmeal (basically I was finishing up what was in that container and that bit of extra ended up being too much. But it was mostly all eaten.

They are the best strawberries available in nl and used mostly by restaurants. Very tasty.

I've made/tried a lot of fruit salad dressings, including ones you have to cook, strain, and cool overnight, but this three-ingredient dressing (sour cream, honey, and OJ) is still my favorite:
