Well, they're definitely English muffins, but they're not English muffins, if you get the difference, and yes, it's been discussed before.

French fries were invented in Belgium. A lot of things have names like that.

The only Muffin's I'm aware of in the UK are Lancashire oven bottom and the Mule. Muffin had a very interesting tail swinging between his back legs

No pics, but I had a mug of cold goat’s milk and a slice of bread with sugoli pudding I’ve made yesterday. Not bad, I almost prefer it as a jam rather than pudding
