Very healthy! Well done!
Forgot to ask earlier...how do you prepare your oats?

Hope packing is advancing well.👍🍀

I buy these big 42 Oz. containers of rolled oats or quick oats (if I can't get the rolled type) and either just at a bit or water or - I first put any of a variety of granola in the bottom of the bowl, cover those with oats and then, add water. I don't heat the water, I just add cold water.

I allow the water to soak up and then just eat the oats.

I have lately, been trying polenta as an alternate to oats, but find that I must heat whatever I make with polenta - and I can be a bit more creative with polenta.

Packing is advancing steadily and surely. I have not given my 30 day notice until I signed the new lease, so I have overlapping rents (costly yes). But it is very difficult to find places here in the Silicon Valley area and I did not want to give 30 days notice and then get caught in a bad situation where I would have to settle for something inferior or to be pressed into a situation where I might violate the 30 day notice or have to use a storage facility. The last time I put stuff in storage, I took it out and then, had a cockroach problem for about a month till I could kill them all. So, I still have about 27 days to move out, but I want to be fully out before April 1st.

Cool, granola under the oats sounds nice! Well, I have seen a variety of overnight oats that use water or juice or soy milk...are not heated, just soaked for 8-10 hours, even refrigerated...I tried those once, were good!
If it keeps you full and active,👍.
My favourite oats was heated in a little water, covered in frozen raspberry and brown sugar.
Since cutting carbs I have not gone back to oats, but will anytime soon. They are packed with nutrients. And taste great.

Oh it was a wise decision, although it costs you double. It is always good to avoid time pressure and find a good, close to best option.

Well done.

Good morning. A glass of water and a beautiful mug of coffee. Recovering from a long day at school (10am-8 pm).

We did omelettes for several days in a row, time to mix things up.

rascal presented a "wake up call" with his Afghan biscuit post. I decided to try something new. So Yorkshire pudding is baking. A first.
