Some of my Spicy Chili Crisp Oil atop that fried Egg, meh, I think that the copious amount of Butter that it was fried in negated the spice

It looks like a properly browned sausage patty! Nothing drives me more crazy than sausage that isn't browned. One thing I always hated about hotel breakfast buffets. Beige sausage with little-to-no browning.

Yup, breakfast sausage patty. Don’t remember the brand. It may have even come from a local farm.

We had Cream of Wheat, with the usual accouterments: maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins.

Repeat Brunch
My version of the Breakfast Skillet we had a ways back at a local diner and toast.
I left my piece of Cinnamon-Raisin bread in a touch too long and burnt mine, oh well, nothing gobs of slated Butter won't fix...

My Copycat McD's Bacon Egg `n Cheese Biscuit
I looked it up online... If I got take-out breakfast sandwiches, it would be $5.19 for just one and $9.98 for the combo meal: sandwich, hash brown patty and a drink... I should have made the AF Hash Brown Patties, we already had the coffee AND a juice each, plus each diner had the cheese of their choice! Loads of folks `round here are complaining about the price of breakfast out and are boycotting it, not worth the money anymore, but I understand where these breakfast joints are coming from, eggs are dang expensive!
