Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Day

I'd like to if I have the energy (and, like Windigo, can stand that long). They must be UK style though, fairly thin and the diameter of the pan, served with a little sugar and lemon juice: a bit like crêpes but not as thin and delicate.

Some I made previously:

JAS_OH1 I am of several different nationalities - Hawaiian & Swedish (paternal grandpa-what a combination, huh?), Portuguese (paternal grandma), Danish, Scots, Irish, English, French, Native American, and one more I can't remember ----- so, what we call in Hawaii "Poi Dog" or mutt.

I’m also a genetic mongrel 😂

Not 10 different ones like kgirl! I've got 6 that I know of (2 different tribes of Native American, Norwegian, Irish, English, and French).
So many I can’t even remember them but probably not 10 😂
It’s not really a thing over here. Nobody cares what your genetic heritage is. You’ll get asked where you’re from but that’s it.

Unless you’re Welsh, Scottish or Irish, then you seem to have to spend a lot of time declaring your not English 😆

People don't ask here. It's assumed you're a mutt if you live in the US. But people want to know where you're from if you have an accent or dialect. People up here don't know I'm from the south because I have a neutral accent, which is typical of up here in NE Ohio and other parts of the Midwest. But I can often tell which southern state someone is from by listening carefully to words they use and which syllables they emphasize. I can even tell eastern Texas from western Texas. Even Louisiana and Georgia are very different, aren't they Barriehie?

But it’s something that’s always mentioned in American peoples bios on places like wiki?
It also seems to come up in conversation a lot more than it generally would here.
