Smoker/Smoking foods

That would indeed be a pita. My hub's smoker is a Cuisinart electric and I bought him wood chips for it. He never had smoked meats before until I bought it for him. It's perfect for a starter and wasn't too expensive. I wasn't sure if he was going to enjoy it so I didn't want to go crazy expensive on it.

A decent brand. Does it have a decent capacity?

No
I was smoking eggs at the time and put salt in with them.
Might sounds strange but hard boiled smoked eggs are delicious.
And you could turn them into devilled eggs
 
Well I suppose we may as well make enough posts to make the new one worthwhile. I mean no-one likes a three posts move and then it’s dead do they?
Well that’s my excuse for continuing 😂
So the smoker website badjak posted has list of smoker schools and three of the seven places they list classes at are only an hour in whatever direction I go in whether its north, south or east!
So I’ve emailed one and hopefully will be being schooled soon!

They’ll already be one existing from this massive side ramble 😂
I’ve found one near me that has lots of different smokers there so I think thats the one. I’ve emailed asking if they can accommodate a deafy. We’ll see what they say 🤷‍♀️
