I'm looking at it. It might make a nice Valentine's present for my husband (well and for me).
I definitely want a smaller separate one just for cold smoking since I can't stand the idea of turning on the big one for a tray of salt. I had thought maybe it would be possible to do eggs on one shelf and cheese on another in the large Cuisinart but I am thinking salt needs to be smoked by itself as it could absorb other flavors and moisture.
