I have a copy of Larrouse and both butter and sauce are listed. The sauce probably is tricky. But I, too, love the sound of it.I stand corrected - thank you! ( Far too much quick googling).
That sauce sounds absolutely divine, but I bet it's a beast to make.
That stuff is delicious.I really like that menu. Lots of choice and its kind of 'elegant'. And none of that strange (to my Brit ears and palate) 'greenbean casserole' in sight!
