Q is very difficult as it isn't a letter in the Korean alphabet as far as I know. After a bit of head scratching I have come up with one.... in case no-one else can come up with anything.
Q ... I will leave it until tomorrow in case anyone else can solve it.
My thought process was - think of an ingredient beginning with Q (there aren't that many). Then search to see if there is a Korean recipe for it. Bingo!
