Raheb (also known as Monk's Salad) - containing cooked eggplant, tomatoes, green peppers and pomegranate molasses

Upside-down Salad. Layer your salad ingredients (i.e. Cobb, etc.) in a Mason jar, with dressing at the bottom. Close the lid. Take it with you. Turn upside-down and serve.
