Well thankyou so much! I have to say I was hoping not to win as I was judge last time round and I much prefer competing, simply because it offers a challenge for me as a cook.

I thought this would be difficult and subjective until the last minute when I saw one of the finest examples I have encountered of culinary creativity and skill. I was blown away by the the winning contribution, an avocado quiche. Well done, Morning Glory.
