Ok, I think I’d like the next ingredient to be tinned/canned/jarred tomatoes.
That means things like tomato paste, puree, crushed, diced, whole peeled, sauce, etc but not things like tomato ketchup or tomato soup…though using tinned/canned/jarred tomato products to make a finished tomato soup would be fine, of course.

Do the jarred tomatoes have to be plain tomatoes or are you including those herb mixed tomato jars like they make for pasta?
Hope that makes sense.
We call those - a jar of plap cos they tend to make a ‘plap’ sound as they fall out of the jar and seem to offer very little other than being expensive water and tomatoes

I actually never use tins of tomato...
They are much more expensive than the fresh stuff and quite often too sweet for me

Yep, makes perfect sense, we have those here, and yes, as they’re primarily meant to be used as an ingredient, they’re allowed:
All of those are allowed, even the tube (for what is a tube if not a squishy can?).
Those last two…not allowed, as they’re a finished product.
I understand there may arise some labeling differences across countries, so if there’s any doubt…just ask.
