Is that a special quail's egg fryer?!

It certainly wouldn't be able to fry our duck eggs!

The eggs are not actually called quail eggs but bird's eggs (in Thai). I was guessing that they are quail eggs.

By the way, it's actually called a "quail egg cooker" like this similar one....

You could also fry very small sausages in it (to get back on topic).

I haven't made this for about 30 years, so the photo is taken from the original recipe in a magazine. It was my daughter's favourite when she was a little girl! It can be eaten hot or cold, so makes and ideal picnic food.

I do not prepare very often, but I am a fan of Spicy Brava Potatoes ..

The key is that I prefer mine very crispy & Golden Golden and in most bars they are very soft ..
