The CookingBites recipe challenge: soya beans/products

Sneaking the Recipe - BBQ Tempeh in.

It still needs a little refinement but it's not too bad, little sweet for our tastes, so I've reduced the maple syrup content which was (1: 1½) oil: syrup.

A little over 24 hours left to enter recipes! Let’s go!

The challenge is officially closed to new entries. It’s now over to badjak to evaluate the recipes and select our newest winner.

Thanks to all the participants!

I was tempted to just put all entries* in a hat and draw one.

I have been trying to choose by different parameters**:
Which would I most like to eat?
Which has the most Soy sources in a recipe?
What would I never have thought of making?
What was the simplest, most basic use of soy?

And eventually I decided that the scrambled tofu won as something I really would never have thought of doing.
So SatNavSaysStraightOn it is :thankyou:

* Not literally of course as that would make a big mess

** Resp adobo, tofu & edamame stir fry, scrambled tofu, roasted edamame snack
