TastyReuben This isn't a tin but they're sun dried and the only packaging I could find. Is this usable?

After meeting privately with counsel from both the prosecution and the defense, considering precedent set by former judges of this esteemed court, and recognizing how what we do here today will be long remembered in the annals of ingredient challenges, the court rules that a plastic package of sundried tomatoes shall be, through the expiration of this challenge as shown above and through any extensions granted at a later date, admitted as an allowable canned/tinned/jarred/tubed and now bagged tomato product ingredient.

All rise! Court is dismissed!
