I am in a very nervous state where I can't focus on anything, so I'm spending my free time watching makeup videos...I still can't buy makeup because if I do buy the house I still need money for the taxes, but at least I'm more or less entertained.

This is normal, trust me and it will all come together. Been through this multiple times with properties and businesses over the years and it's about as nerve racking an life event as you can get. Your lawyer will handle this with the bank, trust me, both are motivated. :okay:

My boyfriend struggles with a somewhat similar situation, he stsrted building a house,ss it is cheaper than buying,or so he was told, on a bank credit, however the money has long been invested and the house not finished,as the expenses are neverending.
He had a miryad of admin oroblems with attorneys and public institutions, he did resolve most of them, but nrerve wracking...
So I totally understand what you go through.
Keep your head up.🍀 A solution will come,sometimes how it turns out it is a hidden blessing.
 
December 2021 is a record breaker for weather in Texas. In North Texas, we had 8 days with high temperatures of 80F (27C) or higher. The previous record was 5 days. Based on the forecast, this will be the warmest December in North Texas in recorded weather history.

Snow was prognosed here for Monday, but apart from a couple of a few rainy snowflakes, there wasnone. To the kids dissapointment, and our luck.
Temo oscillate. It was 8 c dayover yesterday, 6 c in the evening, which allowed for a lighter coat. Then it gets -1 and asks for a good puffer jacket.

I really need to follow the temp and prognosis as I tend to missjudge by merely looking outside.

I am so grateful and happy to be on a winterbreak. Doing my yin yoga daily and positive affirmations and prayers and philosophy upgrade....and just plain rest. Feels good 🍀🙏may it last.

Well, as I wrote in another thread, being grateful for no emergency situations, I was wrong, thrreis one again,similar to Mon,with Mom.
Beside analgetics,and being present, bringing water etc,not much I can do.

She now refuses to go to med analysis this next Mon...

Will not be easy...
