Less amusing I have just seen the news of the awful fire in London. That a modern building should go up like that is amazing - the early pictures look like a scene from the blitz. Terrible.

Unfortunately space is at a premium so they build upwards making escape almost impossible, there will be way too many fatalities :(

We've tried to get them over here... we could have a last attempt. Or is it now closed?

After Windows 10 decided to unilaterally shut down my laptop whilst I was cooking my snap just now, I have just logged back in and the forum is still up.

Other than the three or four "regular" posters I don't really think anyone else will give a sh1t. It deteriorated about 2 or 3 years ago when members were unable to log on because the IT support was pathetic (or possibly incompetant). Three years ago it would have probably been a loss but now?

Think I just sat a bit awkward at work, a good nights sleep will help.
I hope so. I used to get things like that. Someone told me this trick about hanging from a door frame. Its a bit silly but what you do is grip the frame surrounding the door and then just let your body drop like a weight (whilst hanging on!). It straightens out the spine. It has worked for me once or twice.

So long as you can hold on, and the frame supports your weight as you hit the bottom of the drop.
