Forget the kitchen cleaners on sale, use a degreaser intended for vehicle use.

An old towel, soaked in it and pushed under with a thin rod.

Thank you. We have heaps of engine degreaser here.

The Thai years are not associated with the moon cycles but more the sun cycles. Thai new year is 13th April ever year. .

No, not really. But this year is 2561 not 2018.

(There was not an issue with Y2K in Thailand as it passed 500 years ago)
