Can't imagine you being *bossy/in charge*.Mr SSOAP recently had a second repair on his rotator cuff (plus some other things done).
It’s a common rugby injury so I know a few peeps who have had it done and I feel compelled to mention that doing the exercises that the physio gives you are 100% essential for getting yourself back to rude health.
Friends who haven’t done them (because “it hurts”) still have limited strength and mobility.
So yer, without wanting to sound bossy - do ‘em, it’s worth it!![]()
