It appears that there is a consensus - cleaning up is the most disliked part of cooking! If someone would invent self washing pots, pans, cook tops and counter tops they would make bazillions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Peeling potatoes...oh my, so boring...mince onions too but nothing like peeling potatoes for me..or also wash pans, pots, plates, and mostly stoves..
What do you do wrong!Definitely the tidying up. Loading the dishwasher - which my husband always then reloads because I’ve done it wrong....
What type of peeler are you using? With a Y peeler its really quite easy.
No peeler, only a knife...I'd try it but it's however the time to peel them..
Interesting to see green peppers in the trinity. Over here it would be carrot.I always use the trinity (onions, green peppers & celery) when cooking meats, spaghetti sauces, soups & such.
I would never use a knife - no wonder you hate peeling them! With a Y shaped peeler its super easy - much quicker and also less waste. They are very cheap to buy.
Yes - I've been using this Southern trinity lately plus jalapenos - its a great combo.Interesting to see green peppers in the trinity. Over here it would be carrot.
