I recently found out that there is a typical British place in Milan called “The Friends” that cooks British food and of course there is Sunday Roast on their menu.

I worked today (two more weeks and then it is over) so I couldn't go but I will definitely do it on the first free Sunday before I leave for Ireland.

You know, of course, when you get to Cork, all the pubs will be serving lasagna and chips!

Oh yes
I must have gotten a very strange look on my face the first time I took that order.
Lasagna and chips
Thai red curry and chips
:scratchhead:
Our first restaurant in Ireland:

MrsT - “Oh look, the lasagna comes with a side of chips. That’s different.”

I forgot to say that that British restaurant is run by Italians, not British people.

  • Chicken & chips – £6.50
  • Scampi & chips – £6.50
  • Bacon, Egg & chips – £5.30
