I also keep ginger on the freezer, usually whole and just grate it directly off the frozen rhizome.I just harvested some of my ginger.

Then some highly gingery dishes for today and tomorrow.
And to decide whether to freeze the remainder as is or to make into a paste first.

Yeah. That is only one row. I usually do around 300. But, I have clay so a lot of them stay small..Is that garlic?? My wife planted a few weeks ago shallots.
