I just harvested some of my ginger.
Washing & cleaning it now.
Then some highly gingery dishes for today and tomorrow.
And to decide whether to freeze the remainder as is or to make into a paste first.

I also keep ginger on the freezer, usually whole and just grate it directly off the frozen rhizome.

Not a lot of sun these past couple of weeks so I've got oodles of green tomatoes on the vine. Bugs are getting full so the lot of those are going to the farmers market tomorrow.

Even with boots there's no way her feet are that big! Ozzie doesn't even come close. Given the size and the depth of indentation that's around 75'ish pounds.

I was sitting outside on the patio and noticed one of my wild orchids had some flowers. Nature is a wonderful thing. These flowers are no more than ¼ centimetre in size, so I took the photo with the macro lens on my Samsung.

This afternoon I mowed the front lawn and did some weeding, the lawn is looking rather sad due to lack of rain.

6 types of chillies for wife.
Beans
Coriander even though it's still growing outside.

Yeah. That is only one row. I usually do around 300. But, I have clay so a lot of them stay small..
