It’s so simple, but one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Here’s what it looks like in the restaurant where we first had it:

Mine too, I just lovely the creamy flavor mixed with a slightly fresh & sour note

I just baked up some apple cider muffins, meant to emulate the flavor of an apple cider doughnut without the trouble/mess of making actual doughnuts.

They’re cooling now, and once they’re completely cooled, they’ll get brushed with melted butter and rolled in some cinnamon-sugar mix.

Since we have plenty, MrsT and I split a still-warm one, minus the cinnamon-sugar addition, and they’re divine.

I made a raspberry New York cheesecake. Isn't particularly pretty. But tastes great!

I made sourdough English muffins but those were cooked on the stovetop, followed by sourdough baguettes which were baked in the oven. Everything was a little misshapen so I didn't take photos,but it all tasted really good. That's my first time making baguettes and the 3rd time I've made English muffins (which keep getting better each time).

We have our Community Holiday Craft & Bake sale coming up - I've almost finished the craft part that I'm going to sell, so now for the baked portion.

Mini Gingerbread Loaves & Half-sized Bundt® Rum Cakes
I messed up on the loaves - I hadn't made these in a coupla years and totally forgot what I was doing - NOW I know!
Re-do tomorrow Not that they won't taste good, but I very well can not sell something like that. It's looking like 4 of them will be for gifts.
