I wish I could bake bread even 10% as good as you.
Any bread I ever manage to make comes out looking like it had just been scolded for 45 minutes.

My official taste tester gave it a big thumbs up - a scoop of ice cream never hurts either
The ganache atop came out REAL thick this time, but DH said, "that's the best part! with the nuts and the coconut, it's like having cake & a candy bar in one!"
