I made this cake to take with me to Bingo, Outrageous Chocolate Cranberry Bake.
I watch a gal on You Tube make this cake and thought it would be an easy-inexpensive-take to Bingo treat.

It was gone in a heartbeat!
I had three folks come up to me and asked if I would make this again ...

I made a small cupcake sized cake for my official taste tester, aka DH, who gave it a big thumbs up and asked if this cake was staying or going ... "sorry buddy, I'll make another one just for you."
It was nice and chocolate-y, not too overly dense, not too sweet, but I had to make a few mods to the original recipe.

Looks wonderful. Have you posted that recipe? It sort of sounds familiar.
