My boyFriend's brother/his wife, their toddler, their parents all got some respiratory virus, tested Covid negative, and my boyfriend's Mom got it since 2 days, too.

Carob is mixed in. The sprinkle is additional cinnamon.

Ok, half that apple cake went into the freezer - we’re eating some of it tonight:

MrsT says this is the best cake I’ve ever made (which isn’t saying much, the way me and cakes get along), but this is one cake I’ve made three or fours times, and it’s always come out very nicely done. You can see all the bits of apple in there.
