What are you baking today (2025)?

Well yes, when I zoomed in and it was already explained that it was tomato sauce, I could tell, but there are lots of thing that could cause an orange ring (hot sauce, chilis, paprika, thinly sliced tomatoes, baked cheese, etc.) but at first glance on my phone I wasn't sure. And I've made pizzas without tomato sauce before.

Yeah me too, I don't think it would be nice with a tuna pizza though. I think it needs the slight acidity to counter the umami from the tuna and the cheese

I made lemon-buttermilk corn muffins today…a little sweet, a little savory and without a doubt, the best cornbread/corn muffins I’ve ever had (sorry, Mom).
 
That sounds nice! What did you use for the lemon flavor?
Lemon! 😉

The recipe calls for both zest and juice. I think it has just the slightest lemon taste, but MrsT says it tastes like lemon pound cake.
