Yeah. A sad excuse for one. I made a dozen last week and put the majority in the freezer. Since we were having gravy, I pulled some out and reheated them.That looks fab! Is that a Yorkshire pudding lurking at the back of the plate?
We love haluski here..although, we rarely stick to one recipe....Haluski. Polish cabbage, egg noodles, sausage & onions. Rye bread and butter on the side. I didn't have cabbage. Used roasted brussels sprouts instead. Skipped the peas.

Bacon instead of sausage, julienne carrots, celery, and sometimes spaetzel instead of egg noodles, sour cream.Real comfort food. Sometimes I just have the buttered broad egg noodles with cabbage or brussels sprouts with lemon pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice. Kind of Hungarian. What other goodies do you add to your haluski?
