My kind of dish @Rocklobster. Reminds me of a shrimp pho dish I like without the spicyness, made with Ramen noodles in my rice cooker, and a squeeze of lime juice. Not as fancy as yours though. Have to put it on the menu again soon. Ramen shops are popping up all over here.

Every day is a school day - I've just looked up "pierogi" Are Polish sausages like Frankfurters?

Polish sausage are sort of like frankgurters..they are a coarser ground with more garlic and smoked..some have larger chunks of meat in them like Kielbasa..
