Yup..I don't like too much red wine with this dish, so I use about a cup of wine and a cup of beef brothRock, did you use any red wine in your braise?
Last night we had hotdogs and brats steamed in beer that I added garlic and onions to. I made up my special sauce and we had mustard on top. I'm the only one that uses the sauce, as it has almost a whole bottle of Crystal hot sauce in it.
