Tomorrow afternoon Colleen and I fly out to Phoenix Arizona to see my parents. We have a few canyon tours scheduled. We come home WED night. Then on THUR. morning I fly out to Minnesota for a three day poker weekend.
Light lunch at the Bell Hotel, Clare, Suffolk a few days ago:

Some good looking charcuterie, there..was it good?
Yes it was - I should have asked about the sausage/salami as that was particularly good. Not enough bread served with it - had to ask for more!

I can imagine the glorious salty squish of the fat as you bite into it. I do have to set aside healthy eating when I see something like this!
