I am deeply envious of your wild garlic. Tried to grow some last year but our garden doesn't have an area damp or shady enough, so it didn't survive!Lamb steak, roasted veg and a wild garlic pesto. Our own grown wild garlic too, first time I've made a pesto with it and it won't be the last.
