Mudbug, aka crawfish, boil with corn, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, and homemade andouille sausage. Some good size bugs, that's over half an ear of fresh corn in bowl.
Is this basically: meat with gochujang, or do you make your own sauce?

I think this is the best hot lunch I make in under 5 minutes (noodles were frozen, only need to be brought to a boil in the dashi).View attachment 15770
