What did you cook/eat today (February 2018)?

Crab wontons in chicken broth (my first attempt!) for the The CookingBites Cookalong: Chinese Dumplings.

Last night we had spinach and artichoke stuffed boneless chicken with sweet and savory sweet potatoes and a small salad.

My "smart" phone is acting stupid this morning. I can't get the photos. :unsure: If I succeed later I will add the pics.
 
The kind that my favorite joint puts in their spinach and artichoke dip :)

Probably the artichoke hearts canned in water. From globe artichokes. That is what I use in G's favorite spinach and artichoke dip. Many dip recipes also call for water chestnuts canned in water. G's wants that to snack on while he watches the game tomorrow. I usually make a cold dip but think I may try a hot S&A dip tomorrow.

Try making it yourself - both hot and cold dips are super easy.
