What did you cook/eat today (February 2018)?

Side note. Apologies for the MIA. I've just started a new full time contract that's a 40 minute drive from home. Plus I'm studying on Thursday night and there's some weekend stuff too. Life is a bit crazy right now but it should settle.

When I first saw Rocket mentioned on the forum I had to look it up. Arugula - use it in salads. Love the peppery bite.

Bread stuffed with what? What is the topping?. Chicken? What sauce? I see peas but what else on the side? Looks good enough to plant my face in.:hungry:
 
Sorry I don't know anything about the bread my wife calls it stuffing bread she makes it at the bakery where she manages. Then it's a turkey breast and gravy. She cooks the Turkey breast in a crock pot. It's the juiciest turkey every. Well, second best turkey . My slow cooked turkey lb the grill is better :)
