What did you cook/eat today (February 2020)?

Under the weather again, I really seem to catch anything that goes around. Guess that's because I am still recovering. Anyway, I am in that flu phase where you don't taste anything, so cooking isn't happening much.

But I do have a pic of the delicious pecan-raisin-cinnamon cookies I baked two days ago.

Fried thin pork steaks that I’ve breaded with a mix of stale bread and aromatic herbs, some grated Parmigiano and a pinch of grated lemon zest.. and Italian frying peppers with a couple of Pizzutelli tomatoes and garlic to follow
