Interesting using turmeric - did you simply shake some powdered turmeric over the fennel?

Sorry - I went American speak. I think noodles is used to mean pasta as well as Asian noodles in the US. But I will be corrected if I'm wrong! Tagliatelli is what it is.Noodles i.e. fettuccine?
