Steak tacos on a jicama shell. You can't see it, but there's also my interpretation of Craig's Xni Pec Salsa underneath all that. This seems small, and it is, which is why I brought enough to make 5 of them. With the jicama shell making it absurdly light, it's maybe 50 calories per taco.
 
Ah - but how many do you eat? :D You mean you eat 5?
Yes...that was my lunch at work today (5 little tacos). Another thing you should know is that I enjoyed this taco cold, which is unusual for a taco. I suppose I could have heated up the meat, but it had a perfect medium rare cook to it. And, I just can't see heating up jicama.
 
Pork loin chop (marinated in Marsala) with coffee wild mushroom sauce - the dried wild mushrooms are marinated in freshly brewed coffee. This is something of a revelation! I then reduced the the strained mushroom coffee liquor with some of the Marsala marinade from the pork to make the sauce.
