What did you cook/eat today (January 2020)?

Spectacular, I think. Any cold meats, bacon, sausages .. and I'm going to try it with cheese (French, of course) soon.

I’m sure it will be great also with cheese, sure. Or even in vegetable rolls. Maybe it won’t work only in coffee!

Char siu noodle shop again closed today. Bought some pork and rice noodles from the Fat Lady's restaurant. ฿ 10.00 cheaper and bean sprouts instead of bok choy. OK but not as good. No images because I'd had a few down at the snooker.

In between grinding 12# of pork shoulder and 12# of beef knuckle, I managed to make beef stew.

Yes - Parmigiano of course! The herbs are oregano, basil and parsley. It is supposed to be an entry for the Recipe challenge but maybe not enough greens...
