What did you cook/eat today (March 2017)?

Sunday dinner today was a chicken and vegetable curry with a chunk of fresh, home-made seed bread.

I already had a vegetable curry in the freezer, so while that was thawing in the saucepan, I dry-fried two fat chicken legs for a few minutes, then rubbed them all over with turmeric, and cooked for a few more minutes before putting them in the saucepan to finish off in the veggie curry. The chicken more or less steamed in that saucepan and absorbed a lot of the flavour.

Nothing yet, and I'm really hungry.
My wife made me run out to buy a new snow blower. We're supposed to have a blizzrd on Monday night, and there was a sale today.

So, my dinner will be later when I get to work. Hopefully, there'll be something left at the craft services tables since we had college basketball on all day.
 
I had some home made sausages given on Friday. Tried them with precooked jackets and mushroom sauce (again) today. Too spicy and too much salt for me (there must have been a lot).
