Well, excuse me. I've written that other spices/herbs can be used, so not sure why it seems to be jump on the bandwagon against my recipe!
Sorry, no, not against your recipe in any way, just more of a jumping point to talk about cumin (which does seem to be another one of those polarizing flavors).

If I were to make that, I’d do what I do with any recipe that calls for cumin…cut it in half and proceed.

I do same or sub with parsley.

Tons of chicken tender restaurants popping up. We have a Zaxbys, a Guthries and Huey McGoos. I think Jacks only has tenders as well. I’ve seen Canes when traveling through Louisiana but have never had it. One of my grandsons in Alaska says it’s his favorite restaurant. He is seven. Won’t eat McDonald’s. His six year old brother loves McDonald’s and won’t eat Canes. They take turns. The one that doesn’t want anything from the restaurant they go to has to find something g at home to eat.
I evaluate Cane's too, but I do think I like Slim Chickens better. But I really think my homemade ones are the best.

Currently having fish sticks for lunch. Last night I made fondant potatoes and herbed up a pork loin and grilled it. Made fondant potatoes because I had one potato. Time to go grocery shopping.

I just finished off my half of the huge overstuffed omelet I made us for brunch. It was delicious. It had ham, shallot, red bell and jalapeño, cremini mushrooms and mustard greens with gouda and cheddar.

We stopped off at a bloody Pizzería this afternoon, wandering around London, after I'd sworn NOT to eat pizza when in London.
However, the bloody Pizzería has won dozens of international prizes and has restaurants in Rome and Naples. And the pizza was unbelievably good - Neapolitan style, something like the photo (but with olives, capers and anchovies).
I'll leave you a picture of the menu so you can choose as well.
