Good job! I know as well it's good to be moving.After six weeks I finally got my arm out of a sling. Can’t lift anything that is heavier than a cup of coffee. But I did cook bone in pork chops in a stainless skillet. Salt, ground black pepper, paprika and no salt Creole seasoning. Basted with butter with shallots and thyme. Turned out really good. Store bought potato salad and frozen peas. The peas were microwaved and awful. Even with butter, salt and pepper they were pretty dull. But it’s good to get a step back on the road of recovery. Six more weeks of physical therapy. I’m excited about cooking tomorrow night. Skillet chicken. Leftover store bought potato salad and a frozen veggie.
