Why is called so?

Pink/pinto beans with sauteed onions, garlic, and fresh tomato, blended together with chicken or vegetable stock until smooth. Dumplings made with masa, cilantro, mint, and queso fresco, formed into balls, then an indention made with a finger, making it look like a belly button. Garnish of cilantro, scallions, crema, queso fresco, and crushed hot chiles if desired. For something so simple, it was surprisingly very good.

My dinner was char siu noodles carry oot. I didn't take a picture because it was basically the same as last week's.
