As long as you get winter frosts mate you can make this fermented cabbage. It's a staple in the Balkans and tastier than Sauerkraut for Mrs Tasty. Tommo made it for everyone, he would add dried corn cobs to get a sunny yellow color. If Mrs Tasty likes that she will love Sarma ie pork mince cabbage rolls. View attachment 45618

It would have looked better on one of our black lacquered plates, I know.

I went to the mall and they had my favorite flavors so of course I had to have ice cream at 10AM.

Today the Yugo wind is blowing hard from the south, it's hot 33c and very humid. Mrs Blank swears by the therapy and cost savings of three hours shoe and handbag shopping in an air conditioned mall.My wife's logic of a pair of shoes cost's less than turning the aircon on at home is flawed but I haven't got the heart or balls to tell her.

I love to go to Tex-Mex restaurant every now and then. Fajitas were so good
