My little sis went to Thailand once and came back complaining that they didn´t know how to cook roast beef, the roast potatoes were raw and the tea was black - and weak.

Someday I will make a perfect French omelette.
Not sure why all the herbs clustered in that one spot, they were evenly dispersed when the eggs went into the pan. Still tasty, in spite of the minor defects.

Lunch on the beach at Koh Rok Noi. Fried rice, chicken red curry, deep fried chicken legs, vegetable curry followed by fresh fruit and cookies. All part of a snorkling trip. No picture of the food, but here is the location.

I'm beginning to wonder if you are in Thailand, I keep asking round here and nobody has heard of you.Albeit I'm also in Thailand today's meal was a pork burger with cayenne chilli peppers.

I made mini cheesecakes. Had a problem with the tops cracking. 
(Any advice would be welcome.) I used cinnamon graham crackers and Trader Joe's candied pecans in the crust. I need to tweak the filling recipe a bit. They were pretty good.

Never heard of it either (but I hadn't heard of the 'The Watcher' either) - but having Googled some images of it, yours looks so much better than any other versions.
