What did you cook or eat today (February 2025)

For breakfast, I had a salad topped with tuna, tomatoes, and black olive. Dressed with my ketchup and honey vinaigrette.
Lunch was a pan-fried eye round steak on seeded Italian bread. And a beer.
No clue yet what dinner will be.
 
Well the bread doubled and I shaped her into a ball for the second rise.

Got semi skinless chicken thigh in the slow cooker with some of this on them:

Here's what's left of the chicken chicerones--I ate the crispy ones and the others are going back in for a second bake.

The eggs are boiled and peeled but I haven't made them into deviled eggs yet.
