Chicken pieces are marinating in grated fresh turmeric and a little salt overnight. In the big 'spoon' at the bottom is toasted desiccated coconut.

Om pretty good at making something out of nothing, only had steaks, freezer had frozen kumara chips, packet of steamed veges, ( note to new thread) garlic sauce. Also did pumpkin pieces with the chips. Was 9/10.

My friend gave us some to plant, it takes 2 years to start growing. It's been in 4 years and I only get about 4 stalks every year.
