What did you cook or eat today (January 2021)?

I have a nice organic bird in the freezer, and a Weber Kettle with a rotisserie on the patio. I need to do something with that. Maybe I can stuff the bird with onions and make it a challenge entry.

We just got back from our sons in rolleston, he's bought a almost new caravan, 21 foot. As we were leaving he mentioned he also bought s Weber, my ears pricked up, had a look at it, showed how I did offset on my one. Mines not a Weber, but you get the picture. He's wrapt with it.

Cabbage, rice, ground beef, onion, garlic, carrot, beef broth, brown sugar (how come you taste so good? , Worcestershire sauce...I think that's about it.

...and there is no such thing as too much butter.

Son d.i.l and kids coming for tea tomorrow night. I've just prepped 7 chicken thighs and marinading overnight in my tandoori mix. Butter chicken tomorrow. Also made rhaita for samosas entrees.

Last nights dinner. Kupus Kisili (sour cabbage home made by neighbor of Mladen) braised with his H/M smoked ribs and sausage served with cheesy polenta. Pud the usual except this orange was a blood orange.

Tonight we are having dover sole with langoustine. The calm weather means there is plenty of seafood.

Today, I made what I hope will be my last Boboli Crust Pizza.

Boboli makes an excellent crust for home Microwave Pizzas, but I want to turn now to making my own Pizza Dough and Crusts.

This Pizza has Bacon, Scallion and Seranno Pepper. The Cheese is a Colby Jack.
